Vareika Yoga 4 Week Yoga Challenge
Monday 9/2, $25
Join us to build your yoga practice at home. You will be added to a private Facebook group where poses will be posted. We will be working on a 'peak' pose each week by gradually building up Mon-Thur, with the peak pose on Fri. Appropriate for all levels. Sign up here by 9/2. (Please specifiy Yoga Challenge.)

Vareika Strength Challenge

Commit to fitness this fall! Join us for an entire month of strength building and stretching. You will be emailed a workout schedule for the month of September, and added to a private Facebook group, where instructional videos will be posted. Appropriate for all levels. Sign up here by 9/2. Advanced Techniques Workshop
Saturday 9/7, 11:00am - 12:30pm, $25

10 Year Anniversary Celebration
Saturday 9/14, 11:00am - 1:00pm
Join us for regularly scheduled classes then stay for our 10 Year Anniversary Celebration! Meet the instructors, enjoy a refreshment, get a tarot card reading, relax with a chair massage, or purchase a ticket for our raffle! Enter to win a chakra themed gift basket. Proceeds will be donated to the New York Bully Crew animal rescue.

Gentle Yoga with Live Harp
